Tech Help for Seniors

I’m a recently retired cyber security consultant with thirty years of experience.  I enjoy spending time helping my 88 year old mother and other seniors navigate technology in today’s computer world.  I’ve discovered there’s an enormous demand for someone who understands that world from a seniors perspective and can provide assistance.  BSCANS is a website I put together to reach out to seniors to help with virtually any personal automation questions or problems at no cost.

Even if you don’t know how to explain the problem you’re having you can send me your thoughts and I can usually figure out what needs to be done.  I can help with hardware problems (PCs, printers, monitors, routers, etc.) and software problems (email, computer viruses, browser issues, etc.) and answer questions on what to do with questionable emails, links and phone calls you receive (preventing fraud and scams are a specialty of mine).

If there is no cost to me, there is no cost to you.  But for now, send me a description of the problem you have clicking contact.

On this website you also have free access to the information below I’ve put together based on my experience and on issues I’ve helped other people with.  Enjoy!
